Norgren Imperial M900 & M1000 Series Cylinders
The Norgren cylinders (Norgren traditional cylinder, Martonair) are obviously high-cost so we can repair a unit for about a tenth of a cost than replacing. For example, an RM960/600 list price is £3900. We recently repaired one for a customer, which cost £375.Â
We can also create identical replicas. A recent replica was supplied to a customer for £1500, they required no modifications because it was identical in every way, shape and form. So, Norgren cylinders are very cost-effective to repair. We also stock cylinder service kits here.Â

We will let you know if we believe it is more economical to replace rather than repair the cylinder. If a repair is viable, we will strip and inspect all moving parts and offer a comprehensive quotation on a minimum 7-day turnaround to allow for assessment and busy periods.  All repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of three months.  Please see below a small selection of cylinders we have repaired, serviced and supplied in the past:
