Profile Cylinders (ISO15552 / VDMA)

Profile cylinders (ISO15552, VDMA) at 63mm bore and above, or high temperature profile cylinders, are always worth considering for repair.  Lower-cost profile cylinders (32mm bore to 60mm bore) are not always justifiable for repair but we offer evaluations of the best option for your circumstances. 

We repair and service all types and manufacturers of cylinders

• Imperial from 1" bore to 12" bore
• Metric 32mm bore to 320mm bore
• All strokes up to and including 3000mm

For repair enquiries please contact the office on 01484 860920 or Jason on 07970 710408.  An onsite evaluation of your cylinder can be arranged if you are local to our Scissett unit, or you can drop it off, but we also evaluate cylinders off-site with pictures/videos.  Alternatively, cylinders can be dropped off at our Scissett unit, delivered, or we can arrange delivery with our couriers.  We also supply service repair kits for profile cylinders.

We will let you know if we believe it is more economical to replace rather than repair the cylinder. If a repair is viable, we will strip and inspect all moving parts and offer a comprehensive quotation on a minimum 7-day turnaround to allow for assessment and busy periods.  All repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of three months.
