00.267.1 and 02.038.1. Single bases to suit ISO bases 1/4" - ISO 1 and 3/8" ISO 2

Single Side Ported Base - ISO 1 & 2

A.Z ISO 1 & 2 Bases to suit any brand of ISO valve.

Single ISO base

1/4" = ISO 1
3/8" = ISO 2

Also known as an ISO sub-base.  A mounting plate designed for ISO solenoid valves. These valves control the flow of compressed air in a pneumatic system. The term "ISO" refers to the International Organization for Standardization, which has established specific dimensions and porting arrangements for these valves.

Benefits of using single side ported bases:

  • Standardization: ISO valves and sub-bases ensure interchangeability between different manufacturers, simplifying system design and maintenance.
  • Ease of use: The sub-base provides a pre-drilled and tapped mounting surface for the valve, simplifying installation.
  • Organization: Sub-bases help create a clean and organized layout for pneumatic systems, especially when multiple valves are used.
  • Applications:
  • Single side ported bases are used in various industrial automation applications that utilize pneumatics, including:
    • Manufacturing assembly lines: Powering clamps, actuators, and other pneumatic devices used in the assembly process.
    • Packaging machinery: Operating valves that control air flow for product movement, positioning, and actuation of packaging mechanisms.
    • Textile machinery: Controlling air flow in machines used for yarn processing, weaving, and fabric finishing.
    • Automotive industry: Powering pneumatic tools and actuators used in vehicle production lines.
